We are very happy with our services provided for our pedi and my wife's mani. However office staff likes to sometimes leave early(due to no more podiatristappointments) and want us to pay for services before we're done. My wife's nails are still wet and they request payment so they can be free to leave. Don't care for this at all.

My 16 year old son went in for an ingrown toenail. They recommended inserts for his shoes that would be at no cost. We later received a bill for 1,200. I brought that up with them and they said insurance wouldn’t cover it. At no point did they say it had to go through insurance. I would never have agreed to 1,200 for insert for a 16 year old who would grow out of them. They are very dishonest and did nothing to fix the situation. The bottom line is money for them and it’s sad that they take advantage of their customers.
