Dr. Pandit is very caring and knowledgeable and she helps people from the first time she sees them. I came with a friend and we are both feeling better after just one visit. her staff is caring and friendly. It was a great experience.

Loved the personal pedicure the pedicure therapist was very kind and showed interest in my concerns, felt like I could tap a nap, so serene with the calming sounds, Loved it!!!

Although I appreciate Dr. Pandit’s warm approach to helping patients with foot care, the billing staff and the nail tech embarrassed me so much that I had to hold my tongue before saying anything I would regret. When I arrived at 1:00 for a nail overlay and a pedicure, I found that I my appointment was not long enough for both so I opted for the nail removal and overlay. The billing person said that I had an outstanding balance and I would have to pay that first. I didn’t recall a “balance due” from my last visit. The nail tech told me that I had said last visit that purchasing a new overlay kit was over my budget at that time (June 4th). I was a little confused about the conversation between myself and the staff about the “balance due” until I realized that they were talking about my needing to purchase Keryflex to get the overlay done that day. Why would I need to buy a kit before the day of service?! What if I wasn’t able to come back for the pre purchase? I felt very uncomfortable about this conversation and I would appreciate a more professional response to clients in the future. If I need to buy product for service on the day of service that’s not “balance due.”

It was my first time going to this clinic had a very comforting experience there Staff was very kind Dr Bella Pandit was very kind Explained everything to me made me feel very comfortable. I just felt very comfortable in this clinic would recommend it to anybody who needs help with their feet. They told me things that I wasn’t aware of so it was very helpful. Thank you everybody
